Hello all engineers in the house.. Please, i need your help... I formatted my phone Tecno S9 tablet and when i reboot. It brings up ads from google play store on COM.ANDROID.SYSTEM.UI... so i mistakenly deleted it and the phone went off, and started updating, later when it reboot it does not bring out the softkey(Home, minimize and back botton) and i cant scroll down the status bar.... Please help me out!!! |

I just swapped my own s9 with GOtv Walka maybe you should try to reser it again |

Jaystiqs:Hi Jaystiqs, you can try to hard reset your phone. Ways as following: you need to turn off your phohe first, then press power button and volume down button at the same time. After entering factory mode, use volume keys to choose "eMMC", then press power button. If it doesn't work, you can take your phone, along with your receipt and warranty card, to our Carlcare Service Center and ask our colleagues to check it for you.
