Why do you assume that Fashola is not looting Lagos state? Did you probe him and found him not wanting? He might be doing good things but that does not preclude him from looting. You wait until he leaves office and you see his own open nyash too. Remember he is a Nigerian and a lawyer.

Based on the post that elicited my response, why would the writer single out Fashola as the innocent gov, when his co-governors have also not been indicted in any form for corruption? Now to the question, do we equate hard work with incorruptibility? Hell No. Fashola is definitely achieving but that does not make him incorruptible. Yes or No?

They have a better hunch to claim corruption with other governors when they are receiving a budget but no work is visible to show where this budgetary cost is going after 2 years.

Fashola's own is very visible. The work on ground can even be said to be more than the budgetary allocation.

Go and look at Alao Akala on the Oyo State website. His achievements in the achievement section are things like build 4 school blocks, buying a car for a traditional ruler and refurbishing another car.

Sagamite, Lagos has a lot of money in billions, and even if half a billion is missing, Fashola can still get things done substantially, compared to say Gombe which might have one billion ONLY and half of that goes missing. The other one half will hardly achieve anything. That Fashola is hardworking is proven. That he is not corrupt is not.

Nope. Nothing against Lagosians, being one myself, having been born there and raised there substantially. My point is that Fashola is as Nigerian as Tinubu, Soludo or IBB. I doubt if he has not helped himself with Lagos money. Time will tell. I am outta here.
