AN OPEN LETTER TO JAMB
ASPIRANTS ARE CONFUSED
Nigerian education sector is full of so much irregularities and no one is disputing that, but why add salt to the burning wounds of aspirants... we woke up just a few days back to the news of post utme scraping, which was followed by a lot of acclamations by students, some negative ,others positive, following this is a period of media ranting and fake news, adding to the confusion of aspirants further; but at the end we were able to come to the conclusion that jamb will be responsible for placement of admission this year, and any aspirant that gets above 200 in the utme stands a good chance of admission, and the admission will be based on Merit, catchment area and the ELDS, these raised the hope of so many aspirants as they patiently wait in anticipation of jamb placement; then comes JAMB ADMISSION PLACEMENT , while everybody was patiently waiting for the July 31st that jamb promised to start releasing admission, the portal for admission placement was opened, and to the amazement of many, they were not yet posted, despite their high jamb scores, them being from the catchment area of the school they applied for, and also from an ELDS, then comes the big question is Jamb responsible for the placement or is it the various schools that forward names to jamb because taking Usman Danfodio University as a case study, i have not seen any pharmacy or MBBS aspirant of the school posted, and this is so for many other universities for specific courses; but the answer to this question we did not know, as jamb have refused to release any press release to address the placement of admission... My little recommendation is that jamb should try and release a circular to address these issues at hand... so many aspirants are already disheartened... PLS JAMB DO SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING

Jamb, Universities and Minister for education are playing with the lives of the so-called leaders of tomorrow and nothing is being done..... They have messed with our heads, Confused our minds and no one to come to our rescue, They come up with different policies every now and then, policies that can only deposit to their pockets, They kept wasting our time, keeping us idle and waiting in our parents house, Tell me is this what we call Education ??Where we toil even with the level of our preparations before we gain admission, is this even an educated society? The Unis insist on milking us, The Government feigned Protecting us, When is this madness gon stop, When will I have my basic right to education, Who will support my campaign, Who will join the league, Who will fight for us, when will our future be certain.... Who will Voice out to this Tyrant in the jungle, Who will talk sense to their heads. They have to know the true gravity of their policies....... Great Nigerian Jambite and Aspirant...... #WhenWillUPostUs #HowAreYouPosting #JambPosting #Don'tBeBias #WeAreTiredofWaiting.,............. Send to every group you can till Prof Dibu Ojerinde see this msg

Every facet of the Nigerian economy is confused unfortunately jamb is no exception. Right now only God can take us to the right path in this country. The jamb exam proper was mere with irregularities, computer and generator, malfunctioning at various centres including mine, we cried out in frustration yet nothing was done and now THIS - at this point I'm done with Nigeria.

DESPITE THE FACT THAT ITS ADDRESSED TO THE THEM, IT IS NOT NECESSARY THAT THEY SEE THE LETTER.. its just to bring the attention of other people to to the ordeals aspirants are passing through
