Following recent claim by Avengers bombing 48" crude export line, ExxonMobil has declared a force majeure on Qua Iboe crude after a system anomaly was observed during a routine check of its loading facility. Force majeure is a legal clause that allows Exxon to stop shipment without breaching the JV contract - same as brass river declared in May and Forcados in February. ExxonMobil has been the major oil company supporting Nigerian economy since recent attacks by Avengers. Just want to ask FG...where do we go from here? |
