A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has granted former Imo
state governor of Imo, Ikedi Ohakim, permission to travel
abroad for medical treatment. Ohakim, who is standing trial on
corruption and money laundering charges, applied for
permission from the court to travel abroad to seek medical
attention. The presiding judge, Justice Nnamdi Dimgba granted the permission following an application made by Ohakim’s counsel, Gordy Uche (SAN). Ohakim is expected to return his passport to the registrar of the court not later than 48 hours upon his return next month. |

National Judicial Council please quickly help us intervene o. The judges have started again o. EFCC, I beg you in the name of God, don't allow any Judge put sand sand in your work. Please don't release his passport to him. There are many innocent people awaiting judgement that justice Dimgba can save but we know why they won't be spared by the Nigerian judges. Never again will any corrupt person use our money for enjoyment and shopping during summer  |
