I totally understand, can be very annoying. Doesn't mean she's a lesbian though or atleast that's what I think. The only thing you can do is keep talking to her, atleast when people are around she needs to put on clothes no matter how little. better being scantily dressed than being naked.

We girls love being in our birthday suits in our house! Nothing wrong with it. Females have thesame plenty things she has so no probs being naked before them. That's the way we are. Most of us are guilty. The best you could do is to buy her comfortable housewears like plenty shorts and flimsy tees. That way, she would know you meant business and her body could still breath to some extent.
