When he started the project 5 years ago, many of the today vuvuzelas accused him of a ploy to loot the treasury. Nigeria hadn't constructed a new rail line in 38 years - Jonathan broke that record and the credit is about to be given to a man that never did anything with leadership all his life.
When he went for the final inspection of the project in March, with a plan to commission it in June 2015, these unserious and confused elements said the project never existed and why would he plan to commission it after the election. El rufai said if kaduna was the starting point, then there was nothing like that in his state - the mutunlas were all over the market place, dancing naked!
Also, the current transport minister, Rotimi Amaechi (then Rivers State governor) publicly declared, during the APC presidential campaign in Portharcourt that there was no Kaduna Abuja rail project, it was a deceit.
A year later, elrufai, Amaechi and their father Buhari were all there to commission a project they once claimed never existed. The story now is; "Obasanjo planned it, Yaradua started it, Jonathan did nothing on it, but Buhari completed it."
Could pictures be lying
Well to them, it could be!
These photos surfaced during the election but the hatred in their hearts blinded them to the truth.
Tell them to show you the photos of Yaradua inaugurating the project and they would turn it to fight - abusing, accusing and cursing.
Is telling the truth a bad thing?
Maybe to these APC dummies!
Let's learn to appreciate them when they do good. And condemn where they do bad.
Abi which part of their budget funded the project? 2015 supplementary budget or the 2016 padded budget of yam?
