I believe you have the wrong expresion here as no Igbo is going to use such an expresion, UNLESS, may be you went into the urinary/toilet and spent an unusual amount of time urinating. In such a situation someone may ask you ''ina anyuzi nsi?'' which would translate as ''are you defecating?''.

Yet, I must inform you English isn't efficient enough to explain what exactly it connotes in the Igbo sense. Pidgin English would do better, and if you understand Pidgin it means ''na urinate you de urinate abi na toilet you de go?''. You must have over-stayed in the urinary/toilet before someone asked you such question.

However, as I said earlier you could have the wrong expresion as that question could be rare. The more similar expresion to that is ''ina eri nsi?''- literally ''are you eating faeces?'', but which of course means ''are you a fool?''
