Which Among These 7 Categories Of Vessel Are You Before God?


And here we go again...how was the weekend? Hope it was splendid? There is nothing as vital as being a "vessel" in the hands of God. Nothing is much more important than being used by God, especially as a youth.

You see, this has nothing to do with your religious status. You can be a choir leader and only you know how "sinful" your life has been until now and when corrected, you defend your actions (using the weather or the tempter).

God wants to use you for His greatest purpose. He wants your life and attention, NOW! However, He will never break His Word: If you don't meet up His requirement, you will be disqualified. 1 Cor. 9:27(Living Bible)

All Scriptures: Isaiah 61: 17, 2 Tim. 2: 19-21.

1. Vessels of earth

These are folks who are termed, "carnal". They are in church but have never being born again. God doesn't speak to them because for the most part, they are not even Christians. What a deluded state to be in! They are good at being unstable members of a unit.

2. Vessels of Wood

To a great extent, these have witnessed what it means to be saved. They are saved today but tomorrow, they're not sure. They're a better version of "earth". This fellow still indulges in immoral act and other substance abuse and feels comfortable. God can't use this type for work outside the church.

3. Vessels of stones.

Wow, "stones" means a lot. "Stones" were used against Stephen and same would praise God if the multitude stopped praising. This points to a sect of "show off" Christians. They are often nicknamed, "notice me". They can tongue-lash and backbite and still praise same openly, just to have a good name. God resists such people. Those are insidious perpetrators of evil in church groups.


4. Vessels of Iron

These have been born again are strong in the Lord and in prayer. Most often, they lack (lustre) the character/fruit of the Spirit. Ever seen a prayer warrior who quarrels and fights like a sinner? Heard of strong sister in church who has being living having adultery and fornication? Strong but Simple- To such ones, Paul admonished, "Crucify the flesh and the affections thereof". They should do it themselves otherwise the purposes/deposits of God will lay waste in them.

. 5. Vessels of Brass.

These class of Christians could be young or old. They are beginning to discover their true kingdom nature. They're little in the things of God BUT they love God. They're sincere in their pursuit of God in attending church services. They're not there to sight pretty girls or rich guys. They know the Lord. They know better. They're like "young mocking birds" waiting for food from their pastors. An issue, they're prone to being misled by misled pastors. They need to grow and do it fast. End time is eminent. God can use such because their hearts are pure. Although, with little responsibilities.

6. Vessels of Silver.

This class of believers are those who know the Lord and understand kingdom principles and service. They're born again and are very active in church work. They're spirit-filled. God keeps using them greatly within their church. The pastor also loves such because of their enthusiasm. They are vessels unto honour but the only challenge is they have become to stuck with "church activities" that they often forget to spend quality time with God on a daily basis. They leave that for the pastors. Theirs is, I'll serve God and He will bless me financially and otherwise. They also spenf so much time in church forgetting to impact the world to whom they are actually sent. (Matt. 5:12-14)

7. Vessels of gold

These are servants of God. They're born again and are aware of their spiritual rights and privileges. They have crucified the flesh and its lust. MOST IMPORTANTLY, they are Soul winners. They are always wherever God wants them to be. They price God's voice over man's. They're spiritually mature. They are intercessors. They love God and men. Funny, they may not be too known in church but they are doers of the work. Their "First Love' is intact and burning.

I really want you to take out time and think through this. How does God rate you before Him? Where do you stand? I pray one prayer daily: "That I may know You and the power of Your resurrection..."

Because the greatest is not how much you know God but Does God know you? "Get away, for i know you not..." Pray intensely until you become deeply connected and bonded with your Heavenly Father.
This kinda lifestyle makes you a spiritual force to be reckoned with. Evil spirits and demons will make way for you to pass. Such swag! Do I shock you? Many church leaders aren't Vessels of Gold. Why? God searches the heart. Mind you, if you're a sinner, your heart is dirty and you don't want God to bother searching. It's glaring. Judge yourself before the judgment day.
