lol lol lol, not a laughing matter. Some are there to withdraw their last monies to the kobo, that's why they'd be on an ATM queue for an hour instead of using another bank's ATM which has no queue due to deductions.
Some are there to recharge their phones cos they simply wouldn't wanna part with the added 10naira from buying recharge card. That's how bad the situation is

If you ask me,na who I go ask?
Meanwhile the government wants to start feeding school children from September, another huge capital outlay if you ask me. Why take on soo many capital intensive projects at once in this austere times, why not complete one and move to the other?
Well, for the N-power applicants, if you all don't begin by next month, I bet you would wait for another year cos the beginning of a session is usually when Teachers are recruited.
