City’s last outing resulted in a 4-0 defeat to Paris Saint-Germain, and while Claudio Ranieri’s men suffered their first loss of pre season, the experience of playing the Ligue 1 winners will be of great value.
With a total of 18 players in action against PSG, Wednesday evening’s clash with Barcelona will again allow Ranieri to get a feel for his squad ahead of the 2016/17 campaign.
