God forbid! I am a born again child of God and cannot dress like a child of Satan. Decency and moderation in dressing is part of my lifestyle as a Christian.

It doesn't necessarily make you godly but it's one of the signs of your godliness. Who you are on the inside reflects in your outside

Christianity is in the heart, it's not in our dressing. What counts is what you have in mind...it doesn't really matter what you put on provided you didn't wear anything as lady that is sex appealing.

Dressing decently does not make you Godly in fact it is the highest way of deception. And not dressing decently automatically makes you ungodly cos you've left some part of the scripture unfulfilled.
Hence,dressing decently should not be seen as been spiritual but it is more of moral

I did and understood what you were trying to say.
But your topic like someone said earlier should have been if dressing indecently is Godly or not!
But I quoted that guy because he also said the truth,you knew quite alright that decent dressing is associated with Godfearing people not just Christians so why ask??

I don't think it matters, I was almost scammed by a deeper life dressed woman in Enugu. We have seen so many of them cooperate beggars in these attires . Also Let's also define what is Godly dressing! Has the bible any provision on how we should dress? if that is true then all Christians apart from those in Africa will go to hell. Also, only few members from few churches that dresses in the so called Godly will inherit the Kingdom. For instance, if the Deeper Life or Mountain of fire dress code is only the Godly dress code then all other people in other churches including RCCG, Winners etc wil go to hlell? Menh! this heaven will not have more than fifty People o if God considers how we dress.

Friend, so if a person in police uniform scams you, you will recommend that all police personnel should henceforth stop putting on their uniform on duty. Secondly, God is not sentimental. If it is just fifty people that choose to obey him, then He has no choice than to admit only the fifty. But thank God we are more than fifty million (both living and those gone to glory) and more are repenting daily. May I remind you that when God destroyed the first world, it was only eight, I mean 8 people that were saved out of the multitudes living at that time. Yes He should have but sin caused a lot of reasons why we can't be naked anymore, The Bible also in the book of Phillipians 4:5 'Let your moderation be known unto all men' so you see the Bible is still on track

Interesting.... Looks or outward appearance mean nothing. Though looking good and responsible is good for an individual, it is your actions that count... If you like tie head tie cover your eyes and nose it's your business... If you put your trousers on your chest, it's still your business. If you don't act right, you are just deceiving your self
