What is Life expectancy?

World Health Organization has published statistics called Healthy life expectancy (HALE), defined as the average number of years that a person can expect to live in "full health" excluding the years lived in less than full health due to disease and/or injury.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_life_expectancy#List_by_the_World_Health_Organization_.282013.29

1. Japan 83.7 average
2. Switzerland 83.4 average
3. Singapore 83.1
20. United Kingdom 81.2
31. United States 79.3
60. Algeria 75.6
65. Tunisia 75.3
134. Rwanda 66.1
176. Somalia 55.0
*177. Nigeria 54.5
183. Sierra Leone 50.1 (last)

*Have we ever wondered why Nigeria is ranked so low?
1. Water : The leading cause of death in Nigeria is SICKNESS (26%), Poverty then accident. Also the leading cause of death in Nigerian Children is TYPHOID. We can prevent this.

2. The environment we live is a big contributing factor in our life expectancy. Our environment is unhygienic : Sickness thrives in an acidic and no oxygen environment, Cancerous tissues are acidic while healthy tissues are alkaline

3. Also we are more prune to epidemic in this part of the world due to ignorance on the part of the people : One of the symptoms of sickness is dehydration and thus we are not sick, we are thirsty! Do not treat thirst with medications. Stress and anger floods our body system with acid, making it vulnerable to sickness and diseases. Removing Acidic wastes in our body with the right water is more effective than diet and exercise. All sickness and diseases comes from the same root cause; too much dehydration, oxidation and acidity.
Without enough water , our body goes acidic…goes into fat storing( pot belly or body)

4. Poor Health care : In most hospitals in Nigeria, aside accident cases many others are water related

Why the Japanese are number 1?

The Human body is made up of 75% of water. Did it ever occur to you that it is not the food, medication or supplement we take holds the KEY to our health?
……..YES the MISSING LINK in our health is the RIGHT WATER. Water is life but Quality water is Health. Our health depends on our dietary life and thus we can extend or shorten our lifespan by what we eat or drink. Water is the KEY to a Healthy life. We are what we drink.

* The Japanese embraced nature(water, fruits, vegetables(raw) and exercise. Japanese waters were destroyed(became ACIDIC) after the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. and they had deformations in children after birth..so they produced a water ionizer that can change the PH of every water. Every hospital in Japan use this Water ionizer, little wonder the have less than 1% of chronic disease rate. Since then they rose to number one in life expectancy till date,(Over 40 years).

WE can emulate the Japanese by Changing our water most especially. I am an advocate of Alkaline antioxidant micro-clustered water. It should be government regulated. Better still, from medical advice we all can endeavor to have an alkaline water ionizer in our various homes as it is certified medical device in Japan and all over the world

Change your water..change your life
