Is a course that involves much economics ideal for her? How much of economics will she need to do well in a Bus. Admin degree? Is it her real strength? Consider that first. Getting in is one thing. Doing well is also important. |

Sleekshady post=482 this 58401: Of course she does. Real reason she has to chose carefully. Economics is one of the most underestimated courses. Until you delve in. A friend of mine who went in for a BSc in Economics and Economic history had to go for only BSc Economic history from year 2. This was a premier UK business school in London. Very competitive school. Despite straight As she found Economics quite tough. She reckoned that 1.1 or 2.1 would be hard for her to achieve with economics joint degree. As an oyinbo girl from a family of high flyers, 2.2 was no option. That was years ago though. |
