EXPOSED: Abeokuta Hotel, Park Inn now ‘political ritualists den’, guest alleged


Unarguably Abeokuta’s posh and most classy hotel, Park Inn has been described by a London based big boy who just returned to Nigeria as a ‘ritualist den’ for political warlords in Ogun state.


The hotel formerly Gateway Hotels, Abeokuta before concessioned by the Otunba Gbenga Daniel’s administration in Ogun State, according to information made available by the whistle blower, Dipo Adejare is now a place of different political meetings that now transcends into 'oath taking and ritual bathing'.


According to our conversation with Dipo, he detailed his bad and terrible experience at the hotel penultimate Thursday before returning back to London.


‘I came into Abeokuta having heard alot about the hotel, and trusting the Radisson International hotels, I had earlier booked to spend 7 days in the hotel but change to another hotel owned by Former President due to what i experienced in my first night at Park Inn, I decided to only have my meals with them, lounge there and attend to visitors before I went to sleep at Obasanjo Presidential Library hotel' (another hotel inside Abeokuta) Dipo divulged to us via call.


‘Whenever I am there for lunch and lounging, all manner of politicians, political miscreants, unidentified crowd and what have you will litter the expansive compound of the hotel, thereby creating great panic for some us who believe hotel of that standard should be serene and conducive for privacy and comfort. With Park Inn Abeokuta, reverse is the case’


Dipo, who said he inquired from one the hotel’s staff of what’s the cause of the miscreancy and he was shocked that, a relative of the hotel’s chairman one Ladi Adebutu is the one that has converted the hotel into a political secretariat where different people come around to meet him.


The whistle blower, Dipo further revealed that he saw with his eye early very late in the night that preceded the day he was leaving Abeokuta for the airport in Lagos when he had gone to have dinner, a spiritualist performing rituals for some set of people around the car park of the hotel, he (Dipo) even alleged that he heard one strange name that continuous chorused and goes thus' "I Sikirulahi Ogundele" he (Dipo) zoomed off to avoid attack.


‘I am saying all these to alert the people of Abeokuta that they need to be waried of where they lodge when out of home or why will you be performing spiritual oath taking and atonement at a public place like a world hotel brand like Park Inn?’ the London based chartered accountant asked.


Efforts to get the side of the management of the hotel have been futile, but we are still working on getting them to confirm the link of Ladi Adebutu, who we confirmed is a member of the House of Representatives and son of billionaire lotto merchant of the ‘Baba Ijebu’ fame.

The report to me is baseless. I could smell political tone in the write up because it doesn't worth bring called a report. And based on what we have been reading sometimes now, this can never be less comes from the Kashamu Buruji's political empire against the Hon. Ladi Adebutu who is gaining more popularity day by day. First, I have severally Lodge at Park-Inn, and I must tell you it's a place to be as it was even confirmed in the report by the UK based guy. Why they now want kill the business of another man all in the name of politics is what I don't understand. How possible it is for such act as mentioned by the source quoted to be doing such stuff in a public place like Part Inn Hotel? Now, they even went so low to extent of mentioning Sikirullah Ogundele who is a known Ogun PDP Chairman. This I must tell you is a brainwash report. How others didn't and never noticed it is what am still imagining.

Park Inn is an hotel to be! Nothing ritual is happening there. We all know where ritual is always being done and it's no other place than ijebu igbo home of Senator Buruji Kashamu.
