Can you give me an example of a banned substance whose traces can disappear within minutes?


Besides, most of these drug tests are random and athletes are not given forewarning so how would he know they were looking for him? Plus if he was avoiding the officials, he could simply have stayed away from the olympic village or hopped into town for the day. He didn't have to give anyone his pass. Especially given that officials themselves say Rotich found out and submitted his samples "right away"

No surprise there! I spent 5 years in an athletes' town called Nyahururu and everybody does it! Yes;you heard me right-with the full knowledge of IAAF officials, doctors and the athletes themselves. Americans,Britons,Jamaicans,Ethiopians,Kenyans,everybody-nothing to see here.

Kenya is waaaay better now that it was in the 80s and 90s.

There is a more greatly expanded democratic space, freedom of expression, fast growingng economy and development, more educated pipo, improved incomes per household, 55% of homesteads connected to electricity etc. It surely isnt that bad in Kenya on the grounds of these silly scandals u Nigerians always get fed with by these gutter blogs.

There is a lot more to Kenya than these stories u Nigerians call "bad news".
