There is no difference.
Though I can't say for how long.
And I don't know if processors affect camera quality over time, but as it stands now, no difference.

Infact, I noticed that C7, even as the cheaper one has an adjustment parameter that is sensitive to temperature. I guess that helps provide better picture quality.
