hello i pls i want some piece of advice on which car is better in terms of perfomance,fuel consumption,durability,availability of spare parts and luxury i have a 1990 honda civic hatchback an i want to upgrade my budget for the two cars is 800k thanks your advice will be appreciated |

get the accord. From my work on both cars (I4) i am of the opinion that the engine and transmission of the honda accord is more reliable than the toyota camry. 6 Likes |

Brox you're at a Win-Win situation if you buy either of the two,they are reliable to a great extent. I will prefare the accord tho because of the aesthetics and road handling to the camry. Goodluck |

GAZZUZZ:my sentiments exactly. i am yet to drive a japanese car with a better chassis and handing than the 2003-05 accord. |

My brother's wife uses a 2003 Honda Accord and she says the car is very economical on fuel. Even when her tank is on yellow, (i.e., reserve) she can still drive to work and back. Besides, Honda engines are known to go many years. However, most people think that Hondas have a lot of transmission problems. 1 Like |

Op go for the camry, my reason is that your budget (800k) can only buy a Nigerian used. A Nigerian used camry is better than a Nigerian used accord. If you buy accord you have to 1. Change ATF because of the transmission is prone to failure and you don't know the maintenance culture of the former owner 2. Ball joints to avoid shoki dance But the camry is a robber magnet, be careful not to buy stolen camry and be careful your camry is not stolen after purchase 2 Likes |
