(1)-POSITION: Area Sales Executive

Requirements:

A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in handling sales and marketing in Animal Feeds/Rural marketing products for my client.









(2)- POSITION: Head of Maintenance

Requirements:

A minimum of 15 years of experience for my client in the power industry.
Previous experience working in the power sector is a major requirement.









(3)- POSITION: The following people are needed in a power generation Industry;

i- Legal Officer
ii- Employee relations Officer

Requirements:

Previous experience working in the power sector is a major requirement.
Practitioners must at at leas a minimum of 5 years experience.









(4)- POSITION: Analyst, Service Level Agreement Management

Education & Experience:

• First degree

• ITIL Foundation Certification is highly required.

• Minimum of two (2) years relevant work experience

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite as well as a good knowledge about reporting tools especially using Microsoft Excel.

Basic knowledge of HP BTO is an advantage.









(5)- POSITION: Trainee HR Advisor

Location: Port Harcourt.

Requirements:

Ideal candidate will be an intelligent and smart young graduate of any social or management sciences preferably human resource management.
A PHR, CIPM or CIPD certification will be an added advantage.
Individual must also possess a strong social skills and 6months to one-year post NYSC experience working as a HR or Admin officer in the oil and gas industry.









(6)- POSITION: Financial Controller

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Job Type: Full Time

Qualification

Must be familiar with the marine logistics sector of the oil and gas industry and would have worked with one of the leading international players at some point.
Must be a chartered accountant with experience as an accountant who has experience in IFRS compliance and efficient tax management (inc. capital allowances).
The candidate must also have a including multi-scenario forecasting and budgeting, project finance, budget control and balance sheet efficiency.
The candidate must be a resident of Port Harcourt and thus would not require accommodation by the company.
The expected minimum years of experience is 7.

Financial Management.

Develop timely financial and cash-flow forecasts and pro-actively manage cash-flows.
Supervise the timely and accurate preparation and delivery of financial statements.
Develop detailed and insightful analysis of future earnings and capital expenses.
Develop and implement robust financial management framework for minimizing financial risk.
Source for new and more cost-effective options for financing capital projects.
Ensure the maintenance and management of an efficient and accurate balance sheet of the organization in liaison with Banks and other financial institutions.
Constructively advise other departments on cost reduction or revenue enhancement initiatives

Budgeting and Control.
Coordinate the annual budgeting process with risk management and cost savings redundancies.
Produce a realistic annual budget that will be fully achieved and ensure a high run-rate is maintained
Maintain robust internal controls and policies and supervise internal financial audits to minimize waste.
Develop, manage, analysis and control the periodic budgets of all departments and Vessels.
Prepare management reports on budget performance within a few days of every month’s end.
Undertake monthly budget reviews, implement monthly variance reporting and advice on expenditure trends.
Corporate Accounting and Reporting
Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, internal control, and petty cash.
Implement effective procedures and controls that ensures the timely closing of the financial records including review for accuracy, cut-offs and classification in compliance with IFRS and company Standards.
Ensure Compliance with Company’s financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems.
Regulatory and Tax Compliance
Minimize the tax liabilities of the organization and ensure the deduction of all eligible allowances.
Ensure full, prompt and efficient regulatory compliance including IFRS reporting requirements.
Ensure the timely submission of accounts and returns to meet statutory reporting deadlines.
Prepare the annual audit file and co-ordinate the annual regulatory audit process.
Ensure compliance with the Cabotage and the Nigerian Content Legislation and Tax requirements.
Liaise with the external Auditors to file Accounts with FIRS.
Process Company Tax Clearance Certificates in a timely Manner.
Accounts Supervision.
Supervise the Accounts and Finance team effectively for accuracy and effectiveness.
Ensure that all Accounts activities are completed timely – invoicing, payments, receivables, payroll, etc
