hello, I am only familiar with my card pin via ATM. due to the patten I use in accessing my card via ATM. as a result of this for several years I am not too familiar with my pin off head. put knows my finger pattern via the key on ATM.

now I was trying to make some online transaction on quickteller.com from my laptop to fund my sport betting account. everything goes smoothly but at the last confirmation stage it sent token which I enter promptly then it showed transaction failed. all this while it never indicate to me that my pin is incorrect. it only showed failed transaction. and I was believing it was network problem.

how I which it said pin incorrect I would have verified my patten pin again to pick out the correct pin number. I mistake just one key number for it. due to the fact that their key log is not same as ATM or my mobile phone deal keypad.

I tried the 3rd time which after input the received token it then showed confirmation page again which said transactions failed but this time it include "Pin entrees exceeded". before it then occurred to me I entered the wrong pin all this while.

I never tried it again though but doe's this mean the card has been blocked forever or for 24hours? will it work again online? or I will need to contact my bank? should I tried it again tomorrow?

I am just confused and tired.

That shouldn't block your PIN but you can proceed to the nearest ATM and try it out there.

If anyone ever encounter this same issue you can relax and use the card the next day it will work
