That's a lie, a dog cannot cut the head off neatly with a bite, the guy must have been beheaded by someone, the emotional dog only got itself covered in blood while attempting to revive it's owner

I noticed that the man's body is on top sand and the head is on a cemented ground, how can the body and the head be in two different backgrounds, if the dog bit off the man's head, then the head ought to be close to the body.
