(1)- POSITION: DEPUTY COMMERCIAL MANAGER

Description

• Provide commercial support and guidance to commercial team

• Examine and review customer requirements and investigate new or alternative commercial responses

• Prepare and submit request for information (RFI) in line with internal bid process

• Prepare and submit tenders in line with internal bid process

• Provide commercial guidance and support to operations for the preparation and review of CTR’s

• Support the tendering and contracts awards process

• Must have a track record of commercial work experience for an upstream oil and gas company in joint operating agreements, gas supply agreements, transportation & processing agreements, joint development agreements and asset sale and purchase agreements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and composure

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft office applications

• Must be an innovative and resourceful individual

• Ensure facilities are constructed according to industry and client specifications and standards

• Manage the day-to-day interface with both contractors and subcontractors to ensure operations are carried out according to company’s standards

• Interface with the quality team in matters related to conformance in assigned work scope areas and construction standards and methodologies

• Ensure that corrective maintenance is planned and executed within target time

• Inspect the quality of equipment and undertake site inspections to determine compliance with government regulations, client requirements & industry standards

• Previous experience in a multi-discipline operations supervisory role
