Please guys, hear my story and make your input.
It happened that I needed to get on the road real quick to be in Umuahia, on my way from okigwe. So I couldn't wait in the park for the bus to load. I stood by the express and almost immediately, a car pulled over and asked if I was going to Umuahia, of course I quickly had to hop in because I really needed it.
In that car, with a guy on the passenger side in front, and another guy with me at the back, felt like a perfect formation for the trip.
Shortly after, a woman joined us. The woman dropped off at Umuahia, and my initial plan was to stop at Umuahia too but I had a change of mind, so I decided to follow them down to Aba.
Shortly after we left Umuahia, the guy sitting with me started acting weird.
Then in the middle of nowhere, he told the driver to stop him there and that he had a bag in the car trunk.
Na hin the driver begin halla the guy o, like "shey I don dey ask you wetin dey inside that bag you no wan tell me. You said it's your bag but you can't say what's in your bag."
The guy was now fidgeting and was like, it's only clothes he had in the bag.
Then the driver switched to Igbo and started talking to the guy in front. That "see o, I've been asking this guy this thing since the other market women left with their load, but he's acting as if he's not hearing", but that he will take him to the police when they get to Aba.
The one he was talking to was now like "what is in the bag?"
And the driver was like "money o!".
That one now said he should let him go na, like "is that your business?"
The driver now said, "you're not getting it, we're talking about dollars here."
The guy was now like, "whaaaat?"
Then he now turned around...
(I'll continue later, my battery is down)
Continued...

He turned around and asked the guy who he was, in a rather very harsh tone.
The sound of his voice kinda startled the guy and made him shiver with the innocence of a toddler.
He now started talking, that he's from Delta state. He served a man that agreed to settle him after 8 years but the man suddenly died. So when the man's boys saw that their master is dead and his widow has no idea how to settle them, they decided to make away with whatever their hands could grab.
He said, he now remembered a room their master had always placed a restriction on and decided to check there. That was where he saw a bag and carried it.
"How much is inside?"
He said, one million dollars.
"What kind of business was the man into? "
He said, Bureau de change.
The passenger in front now said taking him the police is a bad idea. That the driver should just tell him (the money guy) to settle him (the driver). That if they go to the police, they would just take the money from them and share it among themselves. That his sister is a police DPO and he knows how they behave.
The driver now turned to me like he wanted to know what I had to say 'cause . I didn't hesitate to tell him going to the police was the right call. They tried all they could to talk me into it but I stood my ground.
One of them was now like, "oga e be like say you dey comfortable, you no wan make money? “
I was like it's not a matter of being comfortable, it's about doing the right thing.
The guy was like, if you take it to the police they will still share the money. Is that now the right thing?
I told him this one is going to be different.
He was now like, what are you, a policeman?
I said it doesn't matter.
brb
Okay...
When they saw I wasn't biting , they just packed somewhere and said I should come down and join another vehicle so they could reverse and share the money at a more isolated place.
I refused to alight o.
I told him he must take me to Aba, besides, I hadn't even paid him.
He said I should just go with the money.
Immediately I alighted I managed to snap the car and took it to the next army check point and transfered it to there phone, in case they drive past there.
Whether they had the money or not, I can't tell. I didn't even care.
Nigerians should learn to do the right thing at all times. Quit blaming the next person and do your own right first.
Step by step we're making the world a better place and giving our dear nation a better name.
If there was any money taken from anywhere, I'd love for it to be recovered.
If it's just a roving bunch of swindlers, I'd love for them to be apprehended and brought to book.
I attached the picture of the car with the plate number well covered.

One of the oldest money doubling
419 format.

If you had gone along with their scam,
the next thing would be that the dollars
are in negative form and they'll need
special Chemical to change them
to genuine notes and your share would
be $300.000.00

Then they'll hypnotize you to go empty
your account and give them for the
Chemical.
