I disagree, First, complexity of something doesnt mean it was designed (an example would be Life).

Second, how can you assume a conscious creator for the universe when you have a sample of just one. its like seeing one snowflake and because of its beautifully structured crystalline shape assume that it was designed by a conscious creator. The argument doesnt hold, you would need to have a larger sample before claiming such a claim
