MCSE is basically partly Software and Networking basically on Microsoft Network. The advantage is that over 90% computers runs on Microsoft Platform, thus, Microsoft Certified Professional are in high demand globally.
MCSE a journey of seven exams., but as you move to attain  this, you become MCP(one exam passed), and MCSA(4 exams passed). From MCSA you can write an upgrade into the newest Technology, and become MCTS, or get to MCSE and write the upgrade. Different path, same destination. Ok? When you become MCSE Certified, you can further specialized in Messaging or Security. This also required one or 2 exams.

So, where does ITIL comes in? Have you heard of Project Management before? What is Project Management is to Project is what ITIL is to IT Services (not products). The current version is version 3. I will like to know if ITIL will is in line with OCA i mean oracle, and what are the advantages of having an ITIL.

There are good companies outhere, it depends onwhat you want. You have what it takes to get any job. Its up to you.

As regards how ITIL ties to OCA. ITIL is just a best practice for all IT Services including Database. As a DB guy, you'll need ITIL to be eefective and deliver quality as well as ensuring great deal of integrity with your customers through a Service Level.
