Before you tap on the Agree button in the notification that will pop up on your device, tap on Read, then scroll down to the bottom, untick the box and continue. That's it.

Second Option

If you tap on Agree by mistake or ignorance before you’ve had the chance to disable the feature by using the first option, you’ll have just 30 days to fix it , after which you might not get the chance to change it.
• Go to Settings>>Account>>Share my account info inside the WhatsApp app
• Then untick the box.

This will ensure the safety of your personal data from Facebook. According to Facebook, “the Facebook family of companies will still receive and use this information for other purposes such as improving infrastructure and delivery systems, understanding how our services or theirs are used, securing systems, and fighting spam, abuse, or infringement activities,”.

Whatsapp™;

Respect for your privacy is coded into our DNA, and we built WhatsApp around the goal of knowing as little about you as possible: You don't have to give us your name and we don't ask for your email address. We don’t know your birthday. We don’t know your home address. We don’t know where you work. We don’t know your likes, what you search for on the internet or collect your GPS location. None of that data has ever been collected and stored by WhatsApp, and we really have no plans to change that.
If partnering with Facebook meant that we had to change our values, we wouldn’t have done it.

They moved to a completely free business model in Jan 2016.

…people might wonder how we plan to keep WhatsApp running without subscription fees and if today's announcement means we're introducing third-party ads. The answer is no. Starting this year, we will test tools that allow you to use WhatsApp to communicate with businesses and organizations that you want to hear from.

To conclude - there are only very few things that are free and enjoyable - water. air, love and whatsapp happens to be one of them.

bro not just Whatsapp, almost all the free apps will sell your details out, and people wonder why iPhone apps are mostly paid, this because you get value and security for what you pay for,so even your telegram and what have isn't that innocent too
