Congratulations bro, am happy for you. Am glad you are here to ask for advice , that means you really want to do great things for your community as their leader. First, I will advice you to carry everyone in your community along in your leadership. hold meetings at least once in a week where every youth in your community will come together to articulate the community problems and how this problems can be solve. Don't wait for the state governor to do everything for your community. The youths can come together to construct gutter, build market, and other basic infrastructures in your community. Please, avoid the temptation of using the community money for your personal needs, every amount of money that belongs to the community must be accounted for. Be respectful, don't look down on anyone in your community. Do well in this small position you are holding now, you may never know where you will end up tomorrow. Remember, Governor Ambode will not be governor forever, tomorrow you may be the governor. Good luck
