I started self-learning and training few weeks ago but I need experts to inspect my work and tell me where and how to improve. Thanks. (Note: I used Coreldraw)

For a start: do away with gradients and work on your font selection.

It's okay for a starter but you need to work on your fonts and color scheme.

In addition to what been said before please go learn how to use Photoshop & Lightroom to clean up your pictures of the people you placed in the posters.
