The man called Willie Obiano must be a magician. How did he get to even initiate the construction of all the Roads and other projects? And your 1.2 billion for 25 yrs anniversary money looks like a chicken change when you realise that the roads and other projects which are abandoned according to you are worth something in the neighbourhood of #300 billion.

BTW, I don't know what Onitsha Shopping Mall which had since been commissioned is doing in your list of ABANDONED PROJECTS?
