I-naira.com 50/50 Revenue Sharing Model Designed To Empower Members In Nigeria. by iDashNaira: 5:39pm On Aug 30, 2016
At i-naira.com, we conceptualise and design products that are customer centric; products that are implemented deliberately to benefit everyday Nigerians. This vision feeds into every product released by our platform as well as future products that will emerge from our steads.
Give & Take Product is our very first product that constituted our pre-launch marketing strategy to build a pervasive base of customers towards the role out of iNairaBid; an auctioning platform. The product was a performance base product, which rewards existing members of i-naira.com with 50% of the registration fees of a new customer. This marketing strategy was purely driven by two core factors (need for money and trust). The former (financial motivations) while the latter (trust and personal relationship with friends and family) to drive sales. These factors are interwoven strength of the strategy.

During my time of study at the University of East London (UEL) 2007-2008, I was elected President of Entrepreneurs Society. Our patron at the time was a seasoned East London business man (Sir Jack Petchey) popularly known as the 50/50 Man – his success in business was mostly derived from the principle of meeting people half way (50/50) while negotiating for any business. I was privileged to meet Sir. Jack Petchey.

Accordingly, Sir Petchey, shared his business insights with me - his kind words and wisdom at that time stock with me and informed the principles I have come to adopt in business today (to meet my partners, customers half way) on business engagements. This is what informed the strength of revenue sharing concept (Give & Take) on i-naira.com

Give & Take requires a new customer to register on i-naira.com with a one-time fee of N2000. This revenue is then shared with the customer who referred the new user to our platform (50/50) as a reward for their effort towards our need to build a robust customer base. While many may have confused the concept as a multi-level marketing scheme, it is pertinent to state that is not a multi-level marketing scheme. Give & Take is a single level revenue sharing marketing concept that rewards our customers with 50% of all their marketing effort for i-naira.com on transaction by transaction basis. There are no downlines or pyramid structure, no residual income from efforts they did not make. It is simply single level marketing gimmick which is purely legitimate.

We reward you with N1000 on each effort which will count collectively towards your earning an item on our platform. For instance, we propose to customers to give us 15 new users in 5 days and make a total of N25,000. They make N1000 on each customer they refer, and when they complete the deal proposition, we reward them with another N10,000 bringing their total cash reward to N25,000.

See illustrations below:

This concept, helped our customers, generate passive income within days while getting rewarded with the items they would have normally spent money to acquire.

The question many asked me in person, was: what was in it for i-naira.com if you reward customers with all these revenue sharing and items?

It was simple, on each deal, i-naira.com always kept at least 14% of total deal proposed in order to remain afloat while empowering Nigerians.
We were also building a healthy customer base which has constituted our strength today. This customer base has feed immensely into our ability to launch the auction platform.

While this strategy was a pre-launch marketing strategy powered by technology, we have equally decided to allow the product and its concept to continue to run for the benefit of my people; the Nigerian people.

Literally, it is safe to say that we created soft-employment for our customers where they can earn passive income while retaining their daily jobs elsewhere. All they need to do, is speak to their friends and family about i-naira.com and earn income when they register.
The benefits of registering on i-naira.com cannot be over emphasized. After registration, new and existing customers are at liberty to bid for items on our auction platform and win those items at up to 50% or less the going market rate for such items.
When we negotiate with vendors on behalf of the customer, we want them to meet us half-way just as we go half way with our customers when sharing revenue. All put together, benefits our customers.

We are thankful for your support so far.
