My budget is between 150 - 200. I can't buy s6 edge as it heats up in vr mode.... It is just the same thing as s6. As for s6 edge plus that phone is too big jare. The way it is going now I might end up buying a note 5 if I can get the 64gb version. Yes it is big but at least it's got an s pen. With dollar rate now the s7 edge will pass the 300k mark which is way too much... Wouldn't have been a problem when I was a bachelor, but now hmmm I got responsibilities.

On a side note u need to see how this Infinix hot s lags while typing. I need to close all apps before the keyboard can keep up with my typing. But surprisingly the fingerprint scanner works pretty well, on per (if not faster than) my s6.
How fast could you type, that would make a 2gig Ram phone slow, unless you close all apps?

Bro what's the use of Spotify on iPhone and why is it so special?

It's an app for streaming any kind of music u want. Just type the name of the song , artist or album and start listening. U can also create playlists according to ur mood.

Trust me it lags while typing and I'm even using Google keyboard. Imagine how it would look if that was SwiftKey. I type faster on my 4 inch screen iPhone. Before the infinix I used s6 and the difference in typing is like 7 up. It's not just the ram, the processor means a lot.

We need to beg that man to release iPhone from jail. I guess he has forgotten they jailed iPhone years ago.

But iPhone is the smoothest device on earth, but paying for music and not being able to use USB to collect film from my sister's laptop is not funny at all.
Boss is there any hope?

You can actually use an iPhone without a Computer. Of course it's a mobile phone for crying out loud. But for people that really want to explore their phones like Android users switching to iPhone, you will really need a PC. Android users are used to messing with their devices. Some even remove the OS inside the phone and put a customised version, some will put S7 engine inside S4 body grin. However for ladies who just need their phones to take calls, play music and take selfies, A Computer is not a hard prerequisite.

Come on man!

Comparing a 2k screen to a 720p screen
Or the 5s 640p 4 inch screen to a 5.2 720p.

You can't be serious! sad

I'm not comparing, just stating the obvious. It is not just the screen resolution, what about viewing angle? I have used a galaxy s3 with same 720p display and much more better viewing angle.

The infinix note 3 would have been a better choice.

A 6 inch phone is no go for me, especially with the note 3 with really big bezels. It is just like using a tablet to make calls lol. And it has the same processor as the hot s so I don't see how it would perform better.

All this is as easy as ABC without jailbreaking. There are so many apps today that do that for you and even more. iFunBox is an example of such apps. Just install iFunbox on your sisters laptop. You don't even need to connect your iPhone via cable, just connect your iPhone and your sister's PC to the same wifi. Then transfer files with the speed of light. With this method you can transfer a 2GB file in less than 15 minutes. This is 2016 bro. The world is moving, don't be left behind grin

There is actually something wrong with your post. You don't use the word "Gain" when referring to items like mobile phones. Theses are not investments they are perishable items that depreciate in value after purchase. So I'm still at a loss what gains you expect to make from using a mobile phone.

That said, since we are all here to learn, maybe you should tell me what gain you get from using an Android phone.

Bossmd & greenhulk, na only una get this thread, Haba?
Anyways I'm enjoying ur convo it's enlightening
It's really hard to strike a balance btw price and functionality, I dropped Samsung since S3, waited for them to improve on their battery, but even at s6, they still haven't.
Greenhulk, if you're waiting for iPhone 7, trust me it's not worth the hype, pls take some time to watch a YouTube video of what it looks like. Apart from the missing audio jack and slight picture quality improvements (which most ppl won't notice), I was disappointed.
It's closer to 6s than 6s is to 6, the camera , even aesthetically 6S is better looking than 7.
I'm also waiting for iPhone 7, but after watching some videos and reviews I just don't see the need to wait, to buy when I can just get the 6S which is now cheaper.
About Chinese phones, Infinix, techno and gionee are no go areas, but trust me China phones get levels, Haba u tried Huawei or Xiaomin, well I'm yet to hold a Xiaomin, but I'm currently using Huawei accent mate 7, and it's totally worth it, very good competitor with HTC, Sony, but not Samsung Sha, but way better battery life.

I get u. Personally I didn't go for Hauwei or xiaomi high end phones because it would be difficult for me to sell when I'm ready to get the iPhone or note 5 (if the iphones turns out too expensive because of the rising dollar.)
