CREATING AFTER YOUR KIND

SCRIPTURE REFERENCE: Genesis 5:3; GNT

When Adam was 130 years old, he had a son who was like him, and he named him Seth.

Introduction: The King James Translation rendered like him as in his own likeness, after his image.

Did you know that Adam and Eve were made to procreate after their kind?
And that; if they had eaten of the Tree that gave everlasting Life, that their offspring would have had such Life in them?

Wow! The Rhema of God gets truly interesting daily!

You may eat the fruit of ANY tree in the garden, except the tree that gives knowledge of what is good and what is bad. You MUST not eat the fruit of that tree; if you do, you will die the same day.” Then the LORD God said, Now the man has become like one of us and has knowledge of what is good and what is bad. He MUST not be allowed to take fruit from the tree that gives LIFE, eat it, and live for ever. (Genesis 2:16-17 & 3:22; GNT)

So, Adam and Eve did not have the Nature of God, or the likeness of God, as the King James or other translations rendered it.

The Nature of God is His very Life. Therefore; anyone who is not saved, but still claims to be in the image and likeness of God is missing it. Adam and Eve did not get to that stage.

God had said to them, You may eat of ANY tree And that included the Tree which gave Everlasting Life.
This Life is now available yet, so many are like Adam and Eve; willfully out of ignorance, neglecting to eat of it. Rather, they choose that which leads to death spiritual death.

Listen! It is 100% guaranteed that; if a Christian man marries a Christian woman, they will both produce godly children. The challenge however is... So many Christians do not fully understand:

Who the Christian is?
What he or she has?
And, how to appropriately use these free gifts?

It is 100% guaranteed that all your children will come out 100% godly; and that they would be desirous to be Christians themselves, when you know that it is you, who would have to teach them to go take and eat the Fruit of Life too.

It is in their Nature - in their spirits to desire of that fruit but, it is in "seed" form.

So, you have got to help them by, "cultivating" them with "seeds water and the necessary ingredients" from the Word of God to grow that seed that desire for the Life of God, which is already innate in them to be activated; thereby, causing them to go “eat of the Tree of Life” themselves.

Little wonder God said to Adam and Eve, "to teach their descendants..." Genesis 1:28!
Wow! No wonder the Scripture admonishes to... train a child in the way him or she should go...or, grow!
