Dapsonemmanuel: I guess they used a particular part of Lagos state for the statistics- probably the island/other high net worth areas, cos the standard of life for working class people there compares similarly with most cities abroad. IMO, in contrast the Lagos mainland would be amongst the cheapest places to live. |
