A lot of us love to take our juice directly from the packaged foil and I'm not exempted from the statistics. The reason might be because of the time consumed whilst looking for a cup (especially for the lazy type like me) or probably the manly feeling derived from drinking from the main thing.

That almost killed me today though.

Okay, I exaggerated. Maybe I might have had food poisoning or something, but a friend saved my life.

She insisted that I serve myself in a cup. Lo and behold....

So, please, just serve yourself in a cup to avoid stories that touch the heart.

No description of what I'm looking at. What is it? Should we write it off as part of the juice?

It's a suspension in the drink. It just settled right after I poured it into the cup; and it's obviously not part of the juice.

Did you shake the juice first before pouring it in a cup? The action is always adviced on most juice packages as inactivity makes all the contents settle into layers.

I did.

But how do you expect me to shake clusters that look like garri till they dissolve
...and why are you bent on making this a fault of mine?

I put this here to educate people, shikena. So can we get back to work?

I'm not. I'm only checking to see all precautions were taken before the complaint was made.

Yes, I've learned as well as others. The drink is probably past its expiry date. Check the packaging once more to confirm. If all things check out right and fault can't come back to you there's always the option of suing a branch of the logistics chain whether the retailer or manufacturer for compensation.
