I will advice you not to go to see him in the hotel as demand, to the best of my knowledge, after an interview the panel takes decision based on your response and the scores/recommendations of each panel members and consider the candidate with highest score, please don't allow that person take advantage of you because he will continue on till it may lead to your exit from the organization.

You might have been recommended for the job already, but it's possible he want to use the advantage and get you to himself just because he is aware of the decision already taken. Meanwhile don't delect the massage because he may continue his advance if you happened to get the job,so that can be used to let him off your neck.

See this is a blessing in disguise. Accept his proposal and set him with a threat that you either get the job with yearly promotions or you expose him.

When you go have a good voice recording phone and have someone hiding close by to snap pictures when your discussions has reached advance stage.
