This is scam please!

I have about seven of those message-types on my phone from different numbers. I'm still wondering how to put the numbers up as spam on truecaller's main website.

The funny part is they post with one number and give a second hoping potential victims call them up. It wouldn't surprise me if some of these scammers are active nairalanders. Please anybody with the resource should post all the listed numbers as spam on truecaller. The scam is still rampant because people fall for it.
