I don't usually do this, but after having 6 Haier Thermocool products pack up in less than 1 year, I feel angry and ripped-off enough to hunt down any available medium to warn folks away from their products. Their products are all shiny but substandard and their customer service is hopeless

I don't usually do this, but after having 6 Haier Thermocool products pack up in less than 1 year, I feel angry and ripped-off enough to hunt down any available medium to warn folks away from their products. Their products are all shiny but substandard and their customer service is hopeless

This is hard to believe. I own a thermocool fridge which is more than a year old and still works like new. No problems, no fuss. But as in all things electrical YMMV (Your Mileage May Vary)...

i have been using a thermocool deep freezer and fridge now for over a year and both are still going as good as new. before that we had a thermocool fridge in our house my dad bought. i grew up to meet that fridge and we used it over 20yrs before i finally decided to replace it with another thermocool fridge (which by the way is going 2rs now without any problems).

either you are so exceptionally unlucky to be saddled with factory defective product after product or you have been buying fakes in the name of thermocool. kindly verify and revert back. best of luck!

I had a terrible experience not quite long.I bought a 5000VA stabilizer(TEC) from one of their accredited dealers after 4month it packed up.I took it down to the dealer,he keep stressing the fact that it has exceeded the one month warranty period.He later decide to help me take it to their head office for repair.I keep calling to know the status of the repair but they keep posting me.Now they refuse to pick my call.To make the matter worse,their customer care are nothing to write about.I don't know much about other products ooo but they are still a learner when it comes to stabilizer.

Im using LG top loader 7kg washing maching and its working fine.If you go for thermocool,you are on your own bc they dont have good customer care service expecially when ur equipment is faulty.They will make u regret buying their product.
