Hi guys. I recently discovered I fill my radiator every 3 days with mild driving. And it's not leaking cos I checked under. It had overheated in the past but this water drinking issue is a concern. What to do now?

Same thing happened to mine, but I just discovered my radiator cap has issue. So check to make sure your radiator cap is not faulty.

U need to simulate that hot condition and intense pressure that your car radiator will be subjected for to able to see the leak not by mere checking at ordinary temperature.
To create that condition ,you need a special cooling system diangnotics equipment to perform this .
If you are in Lagos ,call autologic @ 08061166316 to detect this issue with the aid of their state of the art equipment .

filling up your radiator every 3 days is a major cause for concern....
First, what model of car is it? and what is the size of the engine?

Op, supply this info first. But, the culprit may be radiator cap or reservoir tank cover.

The reservoir tank is slightly loose but that can't explain the thirst of this car

It seems you do not know the spec of your car.
If you have to top your radiator with water every 3 days, I will advise that you suspend using your car for now and fix it once and for all.
Your radiator may be leaking somewhere.
Before starting your car in the morning, look underneath the bonnet for signs of water dropping from your radiator.
Anyway, if you are in Lagos, contact Gazzuzz
He is the right man to look it up for you.

Amongst all the lovely suggestions everyone gave you one thing is for sure, you are losing water
Now since you cant see teh water on the floor it means its not being lost in teh cold condition
Possible issues
1 cracks in Engine wall, worst case ever
to check this pull out your dip stick check if the oil looks creamy white also look under your radiator cover to see if this is the cas as well cos oil will mix with water
2.when your Engine is at max temp and pressurized, open the hood and look to see if water is spilling out from
(a)Radiator fins
(b) Hoses( make sure you look very closely trace it front and back up and down pipes
3 after doing number 2 up there, turn off teh Engine and look closely at the water pump look around the seals bt pump and engine block then btw fan and pump body.
If you can do all this carefully you will deff find where your water is losing from.
