Just downloaded this browser now, seeing you talk about it. it is the slowest browser on my phone, with the glo bad network, pages i tried entering with it first before chrome and the improved Samsung internet browser, it emerged the slowest and it also got too many unwarranted warnings. Besides i use UC more than those. Will just have to uninstall it.

Team UC. I've had to install over 90% of the browsers in Google Play Store .I took time to evaluate their performances. Eventually I had to uninstall all except UC BROWSER. In fact in some download sites you will be advised to download and install UC first for fast multiple simultaneous downloads ( up to 6 ). I have just UC and Chrome in my Gionee . Chrome because it was preinstalled and can't be uninstalled but I rarely use it.

It has data saving capabilities, fast downloads and can block all those annoying ads. However, when I use Glo on my phone, this beautiful browser that I love so much stops browsing. Right now I'm looking for another browser that's close to or better than UC browser.

UC Browser is the best, I wish the developers can reduce the UI size like boat Browser, also love boat Browser, but navigation is the issues I have with boat Browser

UC mini is the fastest browser of all time. but lags in downloading pictures. There are some sites you can't access with UC mini, Eg Internet banking. my opinion;
Opera mini: Google pages that may contain pictures UC mini: Any other Google page without pictures UC browser: Internet banking, funding etc

Can any body in the house help? Pls I can't not download videos from YouTube with UC browser on my Huawei Gpower(TiT-U02). I have always use uc browser and used to download many videos with my previous phones such Techno phantom A+, Samsung etc But I have tried to no avail with this Huawei which is always telling me due to right issue I cannot download and the downloading icon won't highlight.

once u'v installed it and ready to save a page, just click on the menu button on ur ucweb and slide over to tools. Click tools and scroll up u should see saved page.

it depends,
mainly there are two mobile browsers from Ali Baba's.
The UC mini and UC browser.

the UC mini doesn't load JavaScript (little or no support for JS), UC browser is the full version that supports JavaScript.

now comparing UC browser (the one with JS support) with other browsers, I'd say chrome is by far better, yes by far except for downloads, UC browser can perform better Than most other Android browsers both in downloads and browsing experience.

UC mini in comparison with opera mini, uc mini is faster than opera mini but opera mini has by fat better browsing experience. in downloads, UC mini beats opera mini hands down. though of recent the UC mini seems to load JavaScript but not as should be.


personally, I use UC mini for downloads, opera for browsing some specific sites(NL included) Chrome as the main professional browser. I seldom use UC browser for anything, maybe checking out some specific sites.

The speed is breath taking.. The UI is clean, it blocks pop up ads, it's download speed is second to none.. Surfing Nairaland with opera mini can be annoying sometimes, it messes with some of NL's Pages by redirecting to wrong threads or Jumping threads..

As long as UC lives, it's the best there is..

its chrome....anytime, any day. the rendering of uc is poor, although, I use d uc to download large files of which most are transferred downloads from chrome
