Help: How To Make Facebook Share Button On Browser Open Native App On Phone by DharkPoet(m): 1:29pm On Oct 12, 2016
Hi, I have a platform which I've incorporated the facebook share link feature. The situation could be described as thus:

Default/Current Behavior
- User navigates the platform on the browser
- User clicks on the share button
- A new tab is opened, from which the User completes the sharing process.

But what I'm looking for is thus:
Ideal/Intended Behavior
- User navigates the platform on a browser
- User clicks on the share button
- There is a check to see if the user has the Facebook app
- If the Facebook app is found, open the app so user continues the sharing process from there
- If not, initiate the default process which is accomplished by creating a new tab.

This would aid UX, as most users with native Facebook apps rarely log into their accounts on the browsers.

Thanks.
