1. how do i get my own web hosted without paying, Not adviseable except you just wanna test ur blogging skills. if you really mean business, then u need your own domain and webspace which would cost u a lil. Only then would people (including search enginea) take u serious. 2. And if i'm to pay, how do i do that? Several host companies exist in Nigeria and cheaply too. I can get you that. 3. How do i receive my money from google and other commisiion that i may earn? You can sign up for a us acct , use a domiciliary acct in a nigerian bank or special cheque cashing services from online payment companies in Nigeria. 4.
