Good day people,

I am from Imo state but born in Delta state. I have spent more than 20 years living in delta state and i would like to obtain their certificate of Local Government of Origin. Is it Possible? How many years do I need to live in Delta state to qualify me in getting the certificate?

Please those with knowledge on this, educate me on how to go about it.

that's y I first mentioned it.. So acting like no be Nigeria u dey.. It can never happen bro.. Some people leaved in my grandmother compound before I was born till I grew up to know something. If nah abroad dey full citizens already. So lets. Not act like we don't know all this isn't possible in this of the world. I've only heard they gave people citizenship in Lagos state y only Lagos is that ever possible?

So African iz just another kinda area that such cant and will never happen.. I can still give u more reasons if u wish..
