Personally I won't wait for the man to come open my door. . .I just let myself down. . .but what I don't get with most of Nigerian men is. . . what has being a gentle man got to do with culture?

I guess it's not Nigerian culture and you dont have to do if you dont want to. Opening the door for her is no guaranty that you'll treat her right! It's better to stick with what you know best!
