Professor Stella Okunna, A lecturer and the head of the department of Mass communication in Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka has been elected as the new Dean for the faculty of Social Sciences in the University. Professor Okunna, who is honored as the first female professor of Mass communication in Nigeria was appointed a commissioner by Ex Anambra Governor, Peter Obi, a position held for Eight years. Being the head of the UNIZIK Campus Radio, she singly built a new memorial FM Complex which was just commissioned by the Vice Chancellor of the University, Prof. Joseph Ahaneku Last week.
