I was in a meeting dis monday and one topic led to another and then dis dude tells us of how he met dis serious gorgeous gal (really beautiful)... He loves her so damn much that he isnt ready to give her up for anything but there is a problem... The lady has lost half of her left leg (from knee downwards) to an accident and walks with crutches; his friends who saw her knew she was pretty but are discouraging him in d reltaionship, saying that 'she may be beautiful but her condition is not so cool with his reputation' (he's of high class and so is d lady), they have said alot of things to discourage him and it has definately penetrated him deeply; this is a serious peer pressure... He now feels sort of shamed when walking with her, he decided to step down a little with her so as to avoid public eyes (according to his friends)...

Well, i tried talking to him abt it and so did some other persons... I think he shouldnt step down but rather step up and he should get rid of such friend immediately becus they are of waste to his life and can ruin his relationship. I believe he shouldnt be ashamed of her becus he wasnt shamed of her when he first met her even knowin she was with such challenge... His friends pressure is ruining his mind; so i believe... Maybe anyone can say something to him

the thing is, d words of his so called friend keeps echoing in his mind even though he loves her. He says he has never felt so comfortable with any woman before, anytime she comes around or he goes to her, he is so joyous and full of life... One sweet thing abt d lady is dat, she is shy when around many people and would cuddle closely to him, she opens up to him more than anyone else; dis dudeloves her so much and doesnt even deny her any request she makes but these friends of his are d one i fear who are makin him have a rethink over nothing

He should damn his friends, if he ends up in a terrible marriage those friends advising him now will flee.
Women with those conditions are very humble...i met one in the market, young,very beautiful, light skinned, nice curves but one of her leg was amputated, and was given a walking aid, she wears one sandal so you can imagine her condition...drives a customerised camry and a man still married her.
Sighting her is usually very touching...helped her once with bags and she sounded too kind.

He definately isn't the right man for her if he's backing out just cos his friends said. . Let's face it, he'll leave the lady devastated when he finally leaves but if she's a fighter , she'll survive the heavy blow and could even get someone who'd be her Man come storm. So him backing out is a blessing in disguise IMO.

If he can afford it, he cud help her get surgery done. The whites this days can do almost anything surgical.
