The evil racist government of Illinois is doing absolutely nothing to squarely address the gun violence issues in Black populated areas in the city of Chicago. The only thing the government does out there is counting the dead and keeping the data on Excel sheets. When they realise the trend is going down. a White Cop would step in to shoot an unarmed Black. This White man would in turn be cleared by a White Grand jury. Then tensions rise adding more confusion
to the mess.
