Unhealthy competition

Doctors feel too important

Forgetting that doctors alone can't make a hospital

Every field in the health sector is important!

If you are called a doctor,stay a doctor

If you are called a nurse,stay a nurse

Someone said something about applying for medicine in jamb...

Not everyone wants to study medicine,it doesn't mean only the intelligent ones go for medicine,it depends on you and what you have passion for

This unhealthy rivalry got to stop

You guys shuld get this thing well,its not about wanting to take over the work of a Doctor. For the person that says Nurses dont work much more than d Doctors well i wouldnt argue with u. But lets look @ things in oda direction, why do u think d Image of Nursing outside is realy not good, Doctors breese in n out of the ward, doctor can come and leave the Hospital any time they want. For Nurses expecialy the Bi-shift they for 16-hours @ a go,its d Nurses that the patient will put all their frustration on,av seen a case when a patient had slapped a Nurse but d Nurse dare not do anything just because d Nurse was attending to another patient b4 him, in a ward of 25 patinet with only 2 nurses. We spend more time with d patient giving total and holistic care. Go n read d history of Florence nightingal during d cremier war. Are there no Doctors yet it was with only her intervention d@ d death rate was able to drop from 42% to 2%. Go outside d country and see d way Nurses are treated. Let Nurses go on strike d way Doctors do n see d way death rate will escalate. And u r saying we shuldnt fyt for ourself. D way we r being treated like we didnt exist is enough. All dz argument just becos we want to widen our Horizon of knowledge.

No. they do three shifts/day and a month of 30 days they only work for 18-21 days and go off the rest. So, from nursing school to residency nursing (LMKMD). hehehehe!
