Land Value Was Overrated . by emiemi(f): 3:37pm On Oct 29, 2009
Someone sold 2plots of land to my hubby at 200k each with total cost (i.e. kolanut money,
wine for 'olori ebi', signing of documents, agent's fee plus cornerpiece) running into about
600k at a location in Ogun state close to the mosimi depot. That was like 2yrs ago. Now he
wants to sell it and he was told the value of the land is just about 200k for the two plots.
The guys that 'lured' him into buying it pretended to be friends and that they were doing him
good then. How can people be so deceitful?

I Think he should count his losses and move on. Life is not fair, but he can easily loose everything.

He should have done his inquiry before buying the land then and not just believing what the so called friends told him.Instead of selling it now, why not give it some time(if he is not desperately in need of the cash) maybe the price might appreciate.
