i am currently learning programing , am done with HTML, CSS proceeding to JAVASCRIPT, my motive is to have a blog on a particular niche, <not regular tech, entertainment, medic etc>. a blog were 5 or more people can post a topic, a blog i will have total control of, a professional and customise blog. how can i achieve this? is it with BLOGGER or WORDPRESS or JOOMLA or HTML. how much is it going to cost me to have this kind of site? please advice me |
