This brings us to the importance of water. Water helps the human body achieve the following.

Detoxifying the body: Intake of hot water helps detoxifies the body. It helps the sweat glands and bladder in flushing out toxins and waste materials from the body. The hot water should be taken with lime or lemon for a faster result. It also helps to prevent pimples because it burns the excess fats and oil causing pimples.

For weight loss: Yes you read that well. For a better weight loss plan, taking water (hot) can help in achieving this result. A healthy and fast metabolism is needed to reduce body weight, and hot water provides the metabolism needed in losing those excess kilos. For a fast result, a glass of hot water and lime should be taken very early in the morning. This regulates the acids in the stomach and also keeps the body to be hydrated.

Relieves menstrual cramps in girls: Boys should not bother about this fact but the ladies should. The menstrual flow is every girl’s monthly guest and is usually accompanied with cramps. Minimises rate of water borne diseases: Before the advent of water purifiers and cleansers, the local way of purifying water before drinking was by boiling it. This way the harmful germs and bacteria in it are killed and the water germs free and safe for drinking.
